I’m Tanika - a food blogger, recipe developer, and food photographer, based by the ocean, in Sydney Australia. 

 

Since the age of ten I’ve been obsessed with cooking. Perfecting the art of a glorious risotto, a decadent chocolate cake, or a beautiful pavlova; food has always mesmerised me. 

 

In 2014, I created my blog @electricwellness an online space that celebrated the thrill of home-cooked, delicious food. I began sharing my all-time favourite recipes, and connecting with brilliant people who wanted to get cooking.
