Buckwheat Basil Blinis
These delectable Buckwheat Basil Blinis are the perfect simple canape! Welcome a crowd with a plate of these, and I'm sure they'll be delighted!
Makes 8 Small Blinis
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup almond milk
3 free range eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbs fresh pesto (plus extra to serve)
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Place a pan over medium heat.
3. Add tablespoons of mixture to the pan drizzled with oil, and cook blinis over medium heat. Flip once each side is bubbly and golden underneath.
4. Serve with extra pesto if you desire, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf.
