Cacao Bliss Balls

Makes 12 Large Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 cup ground flax
3 tbs chia seeds
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 tbs coconut oil
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed food processor and blend until a dough is formed.
2. Roll dough in balls. Place in fridge to firm up.
3. Optional: roll in extra cacao for a truffle look. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
