Chocolate Coconut Freezer Fudge


INGREDIENTS:


1 1/2 cups shredded coconut - Toasted if you like

3/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup

1/2 cup any nut butter

3/4 cup raw cacao powder

Large pinch of salt


METHOD:


1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.


2. Pour into a baking paper lined 20cm squared baking tin.


3. Place in the freezer to set for 20 minutes.


4. Remove from freezer and cut into pieces.


5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
