Chocolate Nut Butter

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups desicated coconut
3 cups roasted mixed nuts
1 cup coconut sugar
100g 70% dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup cacao powder
3 tbs coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
METHOD:
1. In a high powered food processor, add the desicated coconut, nuts, coconut sugar, cacao powder, coconut oil, and salt.
2. Blend for about 10 - 15 minutes until smooth, and runny. You will need to scrape down the sides of the bowl every few minutes.
3. When finished, quickly blend through the melted chocolate.
4. Pour into a large jar and store for use.
