Peanut Butter Bliss Balls


1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

3/4 cup quinoa flakes

3/4 cup almond meal

1/4 cup chia seeds - I used Fermentanicals Sprouted Chia Seeds

1/4 cup ground flax seeds - I used Fermentanicals Sprouted Ground Flax

3 tbs coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup peanut butter

Large pinch of salt.


  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor, then blend until ingredients combine to form a rough dough.

  2. Taking a large tablespoon of mixture at a time, shape / roll dough into balls.

  3. Place on a plate, then put in the fridge for ten minutes to firm up.

  4. Serve as is, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
