Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup almond meal

2/3 peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup or honey

250g dark chocolate

1 tsp salt

METHOD3

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut, almond meal, peanut butter, and maple syrup, until well combined.

  2. Then, take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until you have used all the dough.

  3. Place truffles onto a plate, and put in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.

  4. Place your chocolate in a bowl, then put it into the microwave, for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted.

  5. Line a tray with baking paper. Dip your truffles into the melted chocolate, then place them on the tray, and sprinkle with salt.

  6. Place truffles back in the fridge for ten minutes whilst the chocolate sets.

  7. Remove from fridge, and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
